In partnership with both the Issaquah Schools Foundation and the Lake Washington Schools Foundation and both Issaquah and Lake Washington School Districts, Influence the Choice hosts the Action Forum for Youth. This community event is held every 2 years to coincide with the release of the Heathy Youth Survey Data. Its focus is to join youth and adult community leaders to explore the challenges facing today's youth and create sustainable solutions. 
The Action Forum for Youth occurs every two years after data is gathered from the Healthy Youth Survey for Issaquah and Lake Washington School Districts. The next forum is scheduled for 2024. |

The Healthy Youth Survey provides important survey results about the health of adolescents in Washington. County prevention coordinators, community mobilization coalitions, community public health and safety networks, and others use this information to guide policy and programs that serve youth.
